We are actively looking at employing a skilled and experienced Office Administrator on a permanent part-time basis (school hours) to provide high level administrative and clerical support to enable the smooth operation of the construction and concrete departments.
Qualifications & experience Excellent Communication skills in reception and customer service Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Office and Word Minimum 3 years Administration support experience within a fast paced environment Highly skilled multi-tasker and prioritiser with initiative
Tasks & responsibilities Excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and customer visits to site; Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff members across the Construction and Concrete divisions Attend to all incoming and outgoing dockets, delivery notes, job cards and safety sheets Log all new assigned and awarded jobs and actively maintain our work schedule Sub-contractor management Implementation of Policies and Procedures and HSEQ/ISO Systems Accurate data entry and ability to maintain various registers Ordering of materials and stock as directed by Management
